1. Overview

At NooMii.ae, we want our customers to have a clear, fair and reliable shopping experience.

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.noomii.ae.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from NooMii.ae only.

3. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused, unopened and in its original condition;
• returned in the original packaging;
• complete with all accessories, manuals, labels, tags and included parts;
• accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice.

Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, missing accessories or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered:

• used bottles, shakers or drinking products;
• opened products that come into direct contact with food, drinks or the body;
• personal care, hygiene or wellness products once opened;
• products with removed tags, seals or protective packaging;
• products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair or normal wear and tear;
• sale, clearance or promotional items where this restriction was clearly stated at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or not as described.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;
• clear photos or videos of the issue;
• a short description of the problem;
• photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

After reviewing the case, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

• replacement of the product;
• repair, where applicable;
• exchange for another product;
• refund to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping is free. For all approved returns within the 7-day return window, NooMii.ae covers the cost of returning the item to us. You will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label after your return request has been approved.

No restocking fee is charged on approved returns.

For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery fee, if charged, is non-refundable. The original delivery fee is fully refunded if the return is due to our error, a defective product, a damaged product or an incorrectly delivered product.

Please use only the return method provided or approved by us. We cannot process refunds for items returned through an unapproved method that are lost in transit before reaching us.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@noomii.ae as quickly as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed manually and are subject to the order not yet having entered fulfilment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the customer may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, store credit or another available refund method agreed with the customer.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same 7-day window as returns.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:

• a refund;
• store credit;
• an alternative product of equal or similar value.

Return shipping for approved exchanges is free. Redelivery of the replacement item is also free of charge.

10. Warranty and Product Issues After Use

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty or limited warranty, depending on the product type and brand.

Warranty coverage, where applicable, does not cover:

• misuse or improper handling;
• accidental damage;
• unauthorized repair or modification;
• normal wear and tear;
• damage caused by failure to follow product instructions;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

If a product develops a fault after use, please contact us at support@noomii.ae with your order number, product details and photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and advise on the next steps.
